Loyalty Connect Global is the largest global loyalty event for C-Suite leaders. Happening for the first time in April 2024 in Dubai, the event needed support with their digital marketing efforts. They had just launched their brand and had the ambitious goal to reach 3,000 registrations.

Event Marketing and LinkedIn Community

We supported the event with various services, from content production and building excitement, to growing Loyalty Connect Global's LinkedIn page organically, engaging with key partners to promote the event, and running paid ads to acquire registrations. 

Networking App Setup and Management

Birkley was commissioned to set up Lotalty Connect Global's networking app, using the SwapCard platform. Our team set up the exhibitors' virtual booths, emails, notifications, sponsor ads, and speaker profiles within the app. We were the main point of contact for the client's stakeholders who needed more support.

On-Site and Live Event Support

The Birkley team flew to Dubai to provide on-site event support to make sure that the key moments were captured and shared live on LinkedIn. While our on-site team was taking pictures and videos, our online team was sharing live updates and notifications through the networking app and preparing the social media posts.

As a result of this seamless collaboration, Loyalty Connect Global's LinkedIn page grew by 40% on the days of the event, generating valuable conversations and quotes about the conference.
